How Points Work

  1. Every £1 you pay for your food earns 1 point, and each point is worth 10p (ex: a £100 order earns 100 points, worth £10)
  2. Points are earned on the food total after any discount or coupon. Delivery, service and bag charges and tips don't earn points
  3. An order paid partly with points doesn't earn points
  4. Points are always a whole number. Any part of a point is not counted (ex: £10.99 earns 10 points)
  5. Points can be used once you have **100 or more points**
  6. Points can pay up to half of an order's total, tips excluded. The rest is paid by cash or card
  7. Used points are deducted from your balance as soon as the order is placed
  8. When an order gets confirmed, the earned points are added to your account
  9. If an order gets cancelled, the points used on it are returned and any points it earned are deducted

* In case of any data loss or system migration, all user points might be lost & the organization will not be responsible.
